Share on Ovi Mobile offers a variety of ways for you to upload your media away from your desktop.

Upload from share.ovi.com/mobile:

1. Sign in
2. Select Upload from the top menu
3. Click the box titled Upload a single file
4. Select the file to upload
5. Select the desired album or create a new album
6. Click Upload

Creating contacts is a great way stay in touch with your friends and family. Media from your contacts is automatically added to the "Latest Updates" section of your homepage. Sharing media will create a contact automatically.

Create a Contact:

1. Click on any member ID
2. Select "Add to Contacts"

Share Media:

1. Sign in
2. Locate and click on the media you would like to share
3. Enter the mobile#, email, and/or user name(s) in the "Share media with" field
4. Separate recipients with comma's (Example: johnd, johnd@email.com, 4255551212)
5. Click Share

Share on Ovi Mobile allows users to browse media in a number of different ways.

Explore & Search:

1. Sign in
2. Click Explore everyone's media
3. Enter keywords, tags, User name, album names, etc, to search
4. Click Recent or Popular photos, videos, or members to explore more media

Favorites:

1. Click on desired media
2. Click on Add to Favs
3. View favorite by clicking Favorites from the Share on Ovi Mobile hompage

Inappropriate Media:

1. Flag inappropriate media
2. Click on questionable media
3. Click on Flag
4. Click Flag to submit

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your Ovi experience, Share on Ovi recently converted all existing Share accounts into Nokia Accounts. This conversion allows members to use one common Nokia user name and password to access all Ovi services. While most Share accounts transitioned smoothly, a small number of accounts had to be modified to accommodate the transition. A notification email was sent earlier to the registered address of all impacted accounts.

If you are experiencing difficulties signing in, it is possible that your user name has been updated. To see if your user name has been changed, follow these steps to sign in:

• Click the link below. You will asked to reset your password.
• When asked to sign in, use your email address or mobile number and your newly created password.
• Once signed in, you will see your current user name on the homepage.
• You may sign using this user name from this point on.

If your account name was changed and you'd like to choose a different Ovi user name, follow these steps below:

1. Sign into your newly assigned Nokia account (The account ending in -share) Click the Edit profile link near the top right corner of the page.
2. Click the share settings tab and write down the word that appears as your upload secretword. This secret word will be used to validate your ownership of the account. Once you have recorded the secret word, sign out of Share on Ovi.
3. Register for a new Nokia Account user name of your choice at this page. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the account setup.
4. Sign into Share on Ovi using your newly created username and password. From the Share homepage, click the Edit profile link. As before, click the share settings tab and record the upload secretword for this account. This will be used to validate your ownership of the new account.
5. Email our support team at community.share@ovi.com requesting a switch to your new Ovi user name. Your email must include the following:
   
   * Your old UserName
   * Your old secret word
   * Your new Username
   * Your new secret word
   

The support team will contact you by email when your account has been updated.
