In image "Tracy Humphrey T37 0002-4306 Ca0038" as if one tough ya know what, though it was really a story on the Dominican community, i think. Just captured a "still/frame" when Tracy looks as if the "leader",although these people turned as someone seemed to yell something at that moment.
