BTW The misspelled word(s) in brackets i first sent as an idea to three NYc hospitals 1991 as there might be some people in need of medical attention but in not knowing how to spell a disease or medical need their searches via library or hospital linked local intranets might go to waste. So, i asked they include a phonetic style dictionary/search mode aka "eLike" was the cute name i gave it. Therefore those whom think its a waste, that was the original reason.
