prt3 of 4: This i began in 1999 at a tripod site but being mpegs placed too much strain on sites tripod ended their use in free sites and i stopped doing this waiting for "bigger" file presentation sites.

prt5 of uh 4: Idea i sent 2 ocms at twch ~1993/96 as to make via donated $$ a "wxWeb" program [no real "sites" then] that collected wxmaps [get it web=collect] presented as a "base" record of weather maps for free, waited 7+ yrs then i tried in 1999.
