I'm using Smartphoneware Tracker - store.symbian-guru.com/product.asp?id=13791&n=Tracker-for-s60-3rd-edition

It's a rather complex application, but it works well. I'll be reviewing it soon, but it's alot to grasp. The best feature is that I can assign a 'hotkey' to launch any app, once I've added the app to the 'Desk' you see in this shot. REALLY handy.
