Very beautiful. The picture you painted of this woman was soft and visible. Your images, at first, were natural and warm. There was a lot of warm friendly colors. Even her pumpernickle bread brought an image to my mind of coziness. She seems strong, even before we learn of her gym attire. I think the way you saw this woman is much like the way i picture her. Is this what she looked like? Did you create a different person here or was this the woman you saw? Your use of colors in this piece is my favorite thing about. It's very easy to picture your character.

Very desrciptive introductory paragraph. The part about the woman's eyes stuck out to me the most, and you illustrate them with your words so beautifully.
