談到日本的廣播電視媒體，你首先想到的是什麼呢？好看的日本偶像劇？值得信賴的日本公共廣播集團NHK？

今年9月，我們很幸運地在日本訪問到關西學院大學任教的林怡蓉老師，林老師長期觀察、研究台日兩地的廣電媒體法規與政策研究的發展，對於公民媒體的研究與交流也不遺餘力。

本集林老師將在節目中將為聽眾一一剖析日本廣電媒體歷史與發展現況，另一方面，也從NHK的歷史成因及日本社會的觀感，說明日本NHK與台灣公廣集團對於「公共價值」的認知差異。
