I felt like being generous to this man and gave him a 10 rupees bill. An indian fellow noticed the transaction and explained to me: I should not give that much money to poor people. It is OK give him money but not that much. This poor man will have troubles just to change the bill. He might be robbed and could get hurt by just trying to bye something for the bill. The indian fellow said: these are poor poeple and they can survive on very little money. What do you think about that? Any comments, please?
