photos taken by my great grandfather, Paul Barnes, a merchant marine in Alaska during the late 1800's on the SS 'Bear'
My grandmothers- grandmother was one of them to migrate by foot all the way up here to the tip top of alaska and ended up living in Pt. Barrow. So we have way past distant family down that way that we don't know about, but it goes a way back. And I do believe she was from King Island area.
