Beggars In Finland
Begging is illegal in Finland. Well, technically, as you'd need a permit to for all such activity where you'd be getting money from people on the street (street musicians, hot dog vendors, etc...). Obviously they wouldn't issue one a permit to beg, which makes begging illegal...
