Richard Seager, is a Doherty Senior Research Scientist at the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University in Palisades NY. Using climate models from around the world he coauthored a report in 2006 that warned climate change would bring about a permanent drought to the Southwestern United States. He speaks to us about the latest research and what it means for San Antonio and the United States.
