It's the Nokia Metaverse Connection Event which was held in Second Life last week - what you are looking at is a so called 'Holodeck' of Nokia House in Esppo, re-created inside secondlife, making it possible to have these 'augmented reality'-type of virtual meetings. Cheers, Digistar
