On June 11th, 2008, the Cedar River broke it’s banks in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and cause the worst disaster this city has ever known. Almost five and half months later, the city is finally cleaning up the flood damaged homes. This was the first house to be demolished. Hopefully this marks a new future for the city.
I titled the video “With Love And Care” because it was obvious that this small non-descript house was taken down with the care and respect it deserved. Watch and you’ll understand what I mean.
