This is funny to me becuase the three of us with Horan was a "second team" shot. It was suppossed to be Horan with John O'Connell, the team captain but for some reason John couldn't make it. Note the caption. We three were not members of the defense. The fotog said "Look at the football" and snapped the picture. According to our laughing teammates the caption should be "Look you dummies, THIS is called a football".
