Amsterdam, Holland. April 14th, 2004. Koninklijk Palais or The Royal Palace is located on Dam Square. The palace was built in the 17th century and was used as a town hall. In the 19th century it became the Royal Palace and is the residence of the Queen while she is in Amsterdam.
