That's the merchant brig Lady Washington. She is a replica of the original Washington which sailed from around 1750-1798. Being a replica, she was launched in early 1989. The state of Washington is working to pass a new bill through legislature making the Lady Washinton the Official Ship of Washington State. I believe she is in fact owned by the state.
