This was to be the video animation of this title and was at SEVENLOAD but, when se7enload deleted several files which i understand as long as the user is given time to remove them. BUT, those files removed INCLUDED TV shows i presented my zilly humor and science on way back in the 1980s.
Now being i worked hard to link those files even to go to embassies here in NYc to explain my ideas / my posts / my blogs so i could post them on "closed minded" countries web sites and not have them removed by those gov'ts then to have sevenload (which i thought their employees were open minded and fair, might be but, not in my case) hence i decided to delete all except a few files (i think some still there are flowers i or people i asked planted near my and family's Caribbean homes as they (the flowers/bushes/trees) represent woman i met or have seen (incl on TV) whom i think are C.O.O.L people so i give those flowers nicknames after those woman. Not sure if those were at the "vis0" or "espyther" sevenload site.
i hope to post them here at OVi but it is very difficult to get permission again from those countries as 4 plus yrs later the opinions of the U.S. around the world (deserved or nOt) in those countries has lowered.

I know the following has nothing to do with this file be it the lovely woman in the vid nor the idea but, being i post beauty w/ science or ideas as the beauty attracts more "avg" people. Of which i hope they will read the words / ideas in this case if one wants to help prevent the middle east Israeli - Lebanese conflict from 'escalating' (horrible from its start thouands of yrs ago) i hope to post at fox blogs first, then here a simple idea which scientist might build upon to help curb the conflicts (continue in COMMENT 1 below)

Most important is that the families of the victims receive LONG time support,.
Now sometime in the late 1980s i think a similar accident occurred but i cannot even remember if it was in the U.S, but i then went on to what was then the net and posted a 4 bit image calling it a vertical break-shoe for cranes see the redrawn image below. And as i usually ask/do which to some makes me an idiot is i ask for no money and hope it the idea is eventually used that you do it for free.

the idea is similar to one i sent the land owner of the twin tower area as in case other newly built buildings suffer a floor collapse this simple and cheap idea will cause floors collapsing to break up into at least four areas [as the break-shoes are forcing the falling floor to bow outwardly toward the corners of the buildings when placed as i wrote them, thus causing the floor now a debris load falling onto the next/lower floor to not be such a large if not intact floor falling but smaller parts of the falling floor falling onto the next floor hopefully this will stop the vertical domino effect from gaining momentum which if it is too fast turns from momentum to weight gain/force onto the next floor below.
P.S. this was the crane company new york crane [of course smaller cranes] mayor guliani would use to tear down a building at 2 or 3am in poor neighborhood when he would win a court case to have a building evacuated. He, the mayor did this so if the case where to be appealed in the next mornings court appearance by tearing the building down quickly the judge had less of a reason to over-turn the case as the building in the case no longer was inhabitable [no kidings its rubble] by any standards i saw it happen 2 times told it was down in 4 neighborhoods incase anyone cares.

Explanation of some of the vids next to be upD, that are from my MTV humor collection, when MTV's old original studio suffered fire damage i in collecting / taping TV programs of all types from the 1970s [had a few rel2reel that i sent to a wash, DC archival collector] plus just being 4 avenues east of the original MTV studios ~28th St NYc oh yeah it also helped that i had since the mid 1970s vcr, 3/4inch, and reel2reel setups to record off TV signals. So i offered MTV my collection of what i recorded off their station over the "free air" signal the offer was for free just as i offered twch [the weather channel] for their 20th anniversary needs.
But no response so as i erased / erasing those tapes collections*1* i wrote i had to do, as ~50% of my tape collection in going through 2 floods-NYS and Carib Is. developed a white chalky type of build up not true mold but ~chalk from limestone / cement of basements. Yet i took the time to hand clean a few video tapes thinking those i wrote, two of which i mentioned above might be interested . Hey it is not easy paying for a NYc apt. plus storage for a third of ~8,000 to 10,000 pieces of video / film in total luckily for a while a third where in NYS friends basement, but he in beginning a family means the tapes had to go plus a third still in Caribbean home but felt if some of the clips have a humor, historic and yes "babe" value why not post bits and pieces at a nice website, thus twangO came along so here i will post some so you can get the pleasure and benefit of laughter,beauty and other contents of my recordings before i erase them, enjoy.

For those wondering , hey where is that eye popping, blood pressure rising, mouth watering CLIP or PIC of Tracy that was here. Well first no one asked me to take it off...well once at a Halloween party but i couldn't... 'cause of my morals? nope they wanted me to take off my mask that was scarring soo many of the part goers but i couldn't... it was my real face.
So as to the video that was here, being Tracy is going to begin another level of the information media i feel she deserves in beginning a new audience area to use her realtime abilities to form her new audience which i am sure she will do very effeciently.
It is the net so you for sure wr will find the video elsewhere but something i never posted is to show how i try to balance the fans need with the media personalities needs is every media outlet whose persons i post PICs n CLIPs of i send each station [via snail mail] a code so if they wish to have a file i posted removed they include the code but must respond with a reason why they want it removed, so far in the 8 yrs i have done this only two times i recieved that request [WB11 and ABC].

if you read my akamrx foxblog somewhere is a blog on an idea first thought of ~1970s it has to do with an active gem on a necklace but spiritualgem name hit me while looking into this lovely lady's eyes...ok so it could have been a bad pixel on my tv but let say it was her inner soul's sparkling through her eyes. [other ideas throughout the web in several languages] if anyone takes the idea all i ask is a respectable amount of the profits go to children in need in a non sectarian way. [people usually ask me where is the bathroom*, but as to this post by sectarian i mean buy books, use $$ to; teach,clothe,teach to grow food/feed and do it without connecting any religious title or comment, if you believe in "an all knowing god that rewards for doing good" then god should know you are doing good without having to tell other "mere humans". In no way do my thoughts represent anyone i post files of.
