Above at FOX 5 NYC now i think still at CBS5 SF A woman with a magnificent persona. In image "Tracy Humphrey T37 0002-4306 Ca0038" as if one tough ya know what, though it was really a story on the Dominican community, i think. under TMI but to explain the title: Title deals with the fact that as i was cooking for my visiting family in 2005 two aunts mentioned Tracy's neckwear.
